Working Productively
with AI

The positive counterpart to shadow AI: once your team has sanctioned tools, teach them to get real value out of them. Practical prompting, AI-supported workflows and quality control — for everyday work, not demos.

Half-day (4h) Up to 20 participants On-site or remote English or German

Why this workshop

Licences don't create productivity.
Habits do.

Many companies have completed step one: AI tools are approved, licences are paid, the policy exists. Then usage data comes in and shows the uncomfortable truth — most employees tried the tool twice, got a mediocre result, and went back to doing things the old way. The gap between "has access to AI" and "works measurably faster with AI" is where most of the investment quietly evaporates.

That gap is a skills gap, and it's smaller than it looks. The difference between a useless AI answer and an excellent one is rarely the tool — it's how the task was framed, what context was provided, and whether the person knew how to iterate instead of accepting the first draft. These are learnable techniques, not talents.

This session teaches them on your team's actual work. Participants bring real tasks — the weekly report, the customer reply, the meeting follow-up — and leave with those tasks running faster, plus the judgment to know when AI output is good enough to ship and when it isn't.

Agenda

What we work through

01

How these tools actually work

A mental model in plain language: context, tokens, why models hallucinate — just enough theory to make everything that follows obvious instead of magic.

02

Prompting that works

The patterns that matter: role and context setting, examples, constraints, output formats — practised live on your team's real tasks, not toy examples.

03

Iteration over acceptance

The biggest skill jump: treating the first answer as a draft. Follow-up techniques, critique loops, and knowing when to restart instead of repair.

04

AI-supported workflows

We redesign two or three recurring team tasks end-to-end with AI in the loop — who drafts, who reviews, where the human judgment stays.

05

Quality control & ownership

Verifying claims, spotting hallucinations, handling confidential data correctly — and the non-negotiable: you own what you send, whoever drafted it.

06

Your personal AI toolkit

Everyone leaves with a personal prompt library for their role and a habit plan for the first two weeks — the window where new routines live or die.

Who it's for

Teams that have approved AI tools but aren't yet seeing real productivity gains
Departments rolling out AI as part of a broader enablement programme — works for any function, not just technical roles
Organisations pairing this with the Shadow AI training: first the guardrails, then the acceleration

What you leave with

A personal, role-specific prompt library every participant built during the session
Two or three team workflows redesigned with AI support — documented and ready to use
A quality-control checklist: verify, own, and ship AI-assisted work responsibly
A shared standard for what good AI-assisted output looks like in your team
A two-week habit plan so the training becomes practice, not a memory

Good to know

Is this workshop off-the-shelf?

No. Before every workshop we run a 30-minute briefing call and tailor examples, exercises and depth to your industry, your stack and your team's starting point. The agenda above is the frame — the content inside it is yours.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on group size, location and how much customisation your context needs. We'll give you a fixed quote after the briefing call — no surprises, no hidden day rates.

On-site or remote?

Both work. On-site tends to be stronger for group discussion and hands-on exercises; remote splits well into two half-sessions. We run workshops across Europe in English or German.

Which AI tools does the training use?

Yours. We train on the stack your company has actually approved — whether that's Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini or something internal. The techniques transfer; the muscle memory should build where your team really works.
