AI Strategy
& Readiness

Where does your organisation actually stand with AI — and what's the right next step? A structured session that cuts through the noise and gives you a clear, honest picture.

Half-day (3h) Leadership team On-site or remote English or German

Why this workshop

Most AI strategies fail before the first model is chosen.

The pattern repeats across industries: a company runs three AI pilots, two stall, one demos well but never reaches production, and a year later the honest summary is "we experimented." The cause is rarely the technology. It's starting without knowing where you stand — data foundations assumed rather than assessed, use cases chosen by enthusiasm rather than value, and no agreed way to decide what to build versus buy.

An AI strategy worth the name answers unglamorous questions first: Is our data actually accessible and good enough for the use cases we're excited about? Do we have the team to run what we build? Which three of our forty ideas would move a number the board cares about — and which are demos in disguise?

This session forces those answers into the open. It's structured, it's honest, and it ends with something rare in strategy work: a 90-day roadmap specific enough that on Monday morning, everyone knows what they're doing.

Agenda

What we work through

01

Readiness assessment

A structured look at your data, team and architecture: what's genuinely ready, what's assumed ready, and where the foundational gaps are.

02

The use case portfolio

We collect and score your AI ideas on value vs. feasibility — turning a wish list into a ranked portfolio with an honest first pick.

03

Effort vs. impact, without illusions

Realistic effort estimates including the parts pilots hide: data work, integration, change management, and the cost of running it in year two.

04

Build vs. buy vs. partner

A decision framework grounded in your team's capacity and the market — including when a boring off-the-shelf tool beats an ambitious internal build.

05

The 90-day roadmap

We close by committing: the first use case, the owner, the milestones, the metrics — and the explicit list of what you're deliberately not doing yet.

Who it's for

Organisations with stalled pilots that need an honest reset and a sharper focus
Companies under board pressure to "do AI" that want substance instead of theatre

What you leave with

An honest AI readiness picture across data, team and architecture
A ranked use case portfolio scored on value and feasibility
A build-buy-partner decision for your top candidates
A 90-day roadmap with owners, milestones and success metrics

Good to know

Is this workshop off-the-shelf?

No. Before every workshop we run a 30-minute briefing call and tailor examples, exercises and depth to your industry, your stack and your team's starting point. The agenda above is the frame — the content inside it is yours.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on group size, location and how much customisation your context needs. We'll give you a fixed quote after the briefing call — no surprises, no hidden day rates.

On-site or remote?

Both work. On-site tends to be stronger for group discussion and hands-on exercises; remote splits well into two half-sessions. We run workshops across Europe in English or German.

How is this different from the free strategy call?

The strategy call is a conversation; this is a working session with your leadership team in the room and structured methods on the table. The call is a great way to find out whether this workshop is the right next step.
